In all, just make sure that you plan yourself adequately. Know that expensive fancy appliances can blow your budget, except if budget isn’t a problem.

5. Not Putting the Structural Elements into Consideration

You may only face the beauty aspect of your kitchen leaving out the supports and strength. This is a big mistake you must avoid. Let your contractor check out the structural elements in your kitchen and advise if they need retouch or change. Some of the structural elements include cabinet structure, sub-floor, plumbing lines, wiring lines, etc. 

While these elements have the ability to last, it is only advisable to check them during any renovation project. If you don’t, you’re risking your kitchen collapsing, catching fire, or other dangerous impacts.
